Ashi Thai Massage
Ashi Thai is a combination of compressive techniques and passive stretches. These movements are an expression of traditional Thai massage techniques that have been modified for the use of overhead bars. The technique is performed on clients fully clothed on a raise massage table without any oil or cream. Sometimes referred to as “lazy man yoga” since the client remains passive while the therapist performs the stretches for them.

Aroma Touch Treatment

Prenatal Massage

CranioSacral Therapy
Tension deep in the body is released relieving pain and dysfunction.
Your CranioSacral system includes the soft tissues and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord. During the course of your life, your body absorbs stress and strain. But your body eventually needs to release such tension before damage is done to the CranioSacral system.
The therapist must be gentle and light, about the weight of a nickel in order to release any restrictions. The gentle nature of CST is what allows it to be effective for all ages.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is an ancient practice whereby sound vibrations and frequencies are used to aid in emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. Experience sound healing in a group with others or incorporated in your massage session. The deep breathing and vibration from the bowls melts away any tension you have been holding onto throughout the day.
